With Trustiway®, we offer our tenants insurance that protects them in the event of cancellation or interruption of their stay.

Thanks to our TRUSTIWAY CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION insurance, our tenants can rent with peace of mind, with cover perfectly tailored to their needs. 

 

We'll take care of everything for you!

Our cover :

Cancellation/Interruption for medical reasons / ‘All justified causes’.

  • Classic product - Up to €20,000 with no excess

  • Luxury product - Up to €60,000 20% excess

 

Our cover applies even in the event of illness (you or a member of your family) as a result of the epidemic or pandemic COVID-19

 

What does ‘All Cause Insurance’ mean?

Trustiway® provides ‘All Justified Causes’ cover, which means that we will intervene if, between the time you book your insured holiday and the time you leave, an unforeseen departure, an unforeseen event beyond your control prevents you from leaving your home to enjoy your rental.

 

This could be, for example :

  • Illness* ( with medical proof )

  • Car breakdown (with garage certificate)

  • Damage to your home (with certificate from insurance company or surveyor)

  • Health problems with a pet (with vet's certificate)

  • Health problems of an ascendant or descendant (with medical proof)

  • Deferment or cancellation of your leave by your employer (with employer's certificate)

* For illness, more specifically: Any illness of which you are unaware at the time of taking out the insurance and which occurs within a reasonable time of departure, supported by the medical questionnaire provided, completed by the doctor and medical documents. (excluding psychological and psychiatric illnesses). Existing and known pathologies are covered if an aggravation or crisis of the pathology occurs after the insurance has been taken out.

The examples of claims given are based on current conditions and are valid only at the date of issue of the contract.

 

How it works:

In the event of a justified cancellation or interruption of your stay, you contact the Trustiway® team:

Trustiway® will ask for :

  • A copy of the rental contract (or booking confirmation)

  • Proof of payment (deposit or full amount)

  • Proof of cancellation (in the event of illness, we will send you a simple medical questionnaire to be completed by your doctor).

 

Then :
Trustiway® will reimburse you up to the amount paid (deposit or full amount).
